There seems to be issue with Battlefield 2142 (and, by extension, this mod) where playing completely offline (or at least not connected to the EA Servers) causes all weapons that are classified as unlocks (in First Strike's case, any weapon beside the first equipped primary weapon of each class at the start of a match.
